UC Berkeley Main Lost and Found
UCPD is the central repository for items lost and found on campus. Important: Before you enter your lost item, please read the FAQs below. We do not accept reports of lost keys, instead we recommend you call us. We do not accept certain items, such as clothing and water bottles, for health and safety reasons.

Use this form to request to see all items of your item type that have been turned into UCPD. Choose your item type then click Search to see the list of found items.

Enter Lost Item
Notify UCPD that you have lost something by entering it into the database here.
Use the online form above to tell us
- WHEN the item was discovered missing/when you had it last
- WHERE you were when you had it last/where you think it might have been lost.
The form includes space for make and model numbers and a field called "Description." Use this to enter only a very basic description of the item, such as size, color. NOTE: Be sure to update your personal listing in the CalNet Directory here. UCPD uses that information to contact you if we've found your item.
