Robbery
Upper Hearst Parking Structure

UCPD case number 12-03447
On Thursday, July 26th, at 2:25 a.m., a robbery via threat occurred on the ground level of the Upper Hearst Parking Structure. The victim, a 28 year old male summer sessions student, was walking to his parked vehicle when he was approached by two suspects. Suspect #1 was walking and Suspect #2 was riding a bicycle. Suspect #1 asked the victim what items he possessed and reached toward his waistband, as if he possessed a weapon under his clothing. The two suspects took the victim’s cellular phone and wallet. The victim was not injured during the encounter. The victim reported this crime to UCPD hours after the encounter. UCPD was not able to locate the suspects.
Suspects were described as:
Suspect #1: Black male adult, early 20’s, light to medium complexion, 6’’4”, skinny build, short unkempt natural hair, fuzzy goatee, wearing a dirty maroon colored Northface brand windbreaker jacket, white t-shirt, and blue jeans.
Suspect #2: Black male adult, early 20’s, dark complexion, large build, clean shaven, wearing a white t shirt, black and white basketball shorts and black athletic shoes, riding a bicycle.
