| 2300 Block of Telegraph Avenue |
On Thursday, December 9, 2010, at 9:20 p.m. an assault with a deadly weapon occurred on the 2300 block of Telegraph. The male victim, a non-affilate, was panhandling for change in front of Larry Blakes Restaurant when he was struck on the back of the head with a bottle by an unidentified suspect. BPD and UCPD responded to the scene and searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. The victim suffered a laceration to the back of the head and was transported by the Berkeley Fire Department to a local hospital.
The suspect arrested is:
COLLEY, Jason, a White male, 49 years of age, 6’-02” in height, brown uncombed hair, skinny to muscular build, narrow face, unshaven, wearing silver framed eye glasses, a short sleeved shirt, and pants. |
