On Saturday, October 23, 2010 at approximately 4:24 am, a UC affiliated 22 year old woman was walking back to her residence when she was approached by a male suspect who grabbed her and pushed her against a brick wall at Piedmont and Channing Way. The victim screamed, and the suspect then pushed her to the ground, grabbed her purse and fled on foot. Her white leather purse contained a Samsung red cell phone, CA. Driver’s License, Credit card and misc items. BPD officers checked the area but did not make any detentions or locate the suspect.
The suspect was described as:
Suspect – A White male in his mid-30s, dark hair, stocky build wearing a grey sweatshirt with dark pants. |
