SUSPICIOUS PERSON
UCPD crime report # 10-04186

CHANNING & BOWDITCH APARTMENTS

October 19, 2010

Last week UCPD received a number of reports concerning a suspicious person at the Channing &
Bowditch Apartment complex. The male suspect has been promoting himself as a survey taker and
has offered massages to women near and in the apartment complex. The suspect further asks the
victims to lift up their shirt and undo their bra straps. UCPD is looking for any additional
information concerning this individual. If this individual makes contact with you please contact
UCPD immediately.

The suspect is described as:

A South Asian possibly Indian male in his late 30s to early 40’s, approximately 5’6” in height, with
spaces between his teeth, a medium build, short brown or black hair, dark brown eyes, wearing a
lavender colored shirt and business pants, carrying a black notebook and speaking with a slight Asian
accent.
