Recreational Sports Women's Locker Room

October 12, 2010


On Monday, October 4, 2010 at 9:20 p.m. and again on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. a male disguised as a female was discovered in the Recreational Sports Facility women’s locker room. 

On October 4th the suspect was wearing a white gym towel on his head, large sunglasses, grey sweatpants with the legs rolled up and flip-flop sandals.  

On October 6th the suspect was wearing a grey hooded jacket, blue nylon pants, a white towel around his upper torso and he dropped a dark wig with a ponytail. 

On both occasions the suspect fled the scene when confronted by staff members.  In one of the instances the suspect was seen pointing a cell phone at women inside the locker room.  After each occurrence UCPD searched the area but was unable to locate the suspect.  No one was physically contacted during these encounters.

Update:  UCPD has identified the suspect and he has been arrested.  The suspect arrested is:

HERNANDEZ, Gregorio, a Hispanic male, 29 years of age, 5’6”, 148 lbs., brown eyes and hair.
