Robbery & Assault with a Deadly Weapon
BPD crime report # 10-51400

2500 Block of Haste Street
September 8, 2010

On Monday, September 6, 2010 at approximately 11:51 p.m. a robbery and assault with a deadly weapon occurred near People’s Park.  The victim, a non-affiliated 63 year old male, was standing on the 2500 block of Haste when he was approached by a group of males who demanded his property.  The suspects took the victim’s backpack and then started kicking and punching him.  The victim was unable to recall anymore details about the incident due to the severity his injuries.  The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries to his face, head and body and was transported by BFD to a local hospital for treatment.  BPD searched the area but was unable to locate the suspects. 

The suspects were described as:

A group of White males in their 20s.
