Strong Arm Robbery

2500 Block of Durant Avenue

July 27, 2010

BPD Case No. 10-45127

 

On Tuesday July 27th, 2010 at 1:15 am, a strong arm robbery occurred in the 2500 block of Durant Avenue. The victim, a 25-year-old male, race and affiliation unknown was approached on foot by the three suspects. All three suspects punched and kicked the victim, knocking him to the ground. Suspect #1 stole cash out of the victim’s wallet. All three suspects fled the scene on foot southbound on Telegraph Avenue. BPD and UCPD searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects. The victim substained a minor injury during this encounter.


The suspects were described as:

Suspect #1- A black male 25 years of age, 5’8 in height, heavy build, shoulder length hair, wearing a black hooded jacket with a red logo and blue jeans.

Suspect #2- A black male 27 years of age, 5’8 in height, average build, short black hair, wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.

Suspect #3- A black male 25 years of age, 5’5 in height, thin build, short black hair, wearing a black shirt, brown pants and white shoes.
