Assault with a Deadly Weapon
UCPD crime report # 10-02055

Clark Kerr Campus Skate Board Park
May 26, 2010

On Sunday, May 23, 2010 at 3:26 UCPD received a report of an assault with a deadly weapon which had just occurred at the Skate Board Park located on the Clark Kerr Campus.  The victim, a White 38 year old male park employee, noticed three bicyclists riding in the park.  The victim approached the bikers and told them they were trespassing and would have to leave the park.  An argument ensued and one the bicyclists threw his bike at the victim causing a laceration and bruising to his leg.  The suspect and the two bicyclists fled the scene.  UCPD responded and stopped a vehicle containing the two bicyclists who witnessed the assault.  As of yet UCPD has not identified the suspect.   The victim was treated for his injuries at the scene by BFD.

The suspect was described as:

A White male, approximately 24 years of age, 6’0” in height, 220 lbs., with long blonde hair, wearing all black and riding a black BMX bike.
