Strong Arm Robbery
BPD crime report # 10-20529

2500 Block of Durant Aveneue
April 26, 2010

On Sunday, April 25, 2010, at 1:21 a.m. a BPD Officer was flagged down by two pedestrians who reported that they had been robbed several minutes earlier.  The two 26 year old male victims, affiliation unknown, were walking on Durant west of Bowditch when they were grabbed from behind by two suspects.  The suspects demanded the victim’s property.  The victims complied and the suspects fled the scene east on Durant and then south on Bowditch.  The victims were not injured during the encounter.  BPD and UCPD searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects.

The suspects were described as:

Suspect #1 – a White male in his mid 20s, 6’1” in height. 200 lbs., with a medium build, wearing a dark hooded sweater with CAL in yellow letters, grey sweat pants.

Suspect #2 – a White male, approximately 25 years of age, 5”08” in height, 150 lbs., with a thin build, wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
