(Suspect Arrested)

Upper and Lower Fire Trail Connector

On Saturday March 27, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. UCPD officers were dispatched to the area of the Upper and Lower Fire Trails and Panoramic Way on a report of a male suspect grabbing female joggers inappropriately.   A short time later UCPD received a report of a male with a similar description to the suspect exposing himself at Sign Post 35.  A UCPD officer arrived at the scene and encountered the suspect.   He was taken into custody, positively identified by the victims and arrested for sexual battery and an outstanding warrant.  The victims were not hurt during the encounter.

The suspect is described as:

ALLEN, Marcel Timothy, a Black male, 6’4”, 200 lbs., black hair and brown eyes, wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, blue boxer shorts and white socks.
