Aggravated Assault
UCPD crime report # 10-00484

People's Park
February 5, 2010

On Friday, February 5, 2010 at approximately 1:38 a.m. UCPD received a report of an aggravated assault which had occurred in People’s Park. The victim, a non-affiliated 52 year old White male, told responding officers that he had been punched in the face via fist multiple times by several subjects. He was unable to provide a description of the suspects. UCPD searched the area but was unable to locate the suspects. The victim suffered facial lacerations and was transported to Alta Bates by BFD.

There is no description of the suspects at this time.
