Crime Alert Attempted Burglary  (Suspect Arrested)

The Berkeley Police Department has arrested the suspect in the shooting death of Maceo Anthony Smith and the wounding of another man on May 13, 2008 at the Douglas Parking Lot at 2542 Durant Avenue. Neither the suspect nor the shooting victims were affiliated with the University.
