| Attempted Strong Arm Robbery |

| Pathway Between Wurster and Minor Halls |
On Thursday, April 3, 2008 at approximately 6:00 p.m. UCPD received a report of an attempted strong arm robbery which had just occurred on the pathway between Wurster and Minor Halls. The victim was walking on the pathway when someone came up from behind and attempted to grab her purse. The victim resisted and the force of the suspect pulling on her purse caused her to fall to the ground. When the suspect was unable to take the victim’s purse he and an accomplice fled the scene running eastbound on the pathway. The victim suffered minor injuries during the encounter.
The suspects are described as:
Suspect #1 – A Black male, with a light complexion and collar length hair, wearing a white t-shirt, jeans and a blue and white baseball cap.
Suspect #2 – A Black male, with a light complexion, wearing a white t-shirt, jeans and a blue baseball cap.
