On Sunday, February 17, 2008 at 2:25 p.m., UCPD received a report of a sexual battery which had occurred approximately 25 minutes earlier at the north entryway of the Former Public Health Building on 2151 Berkeley Way. The victim, a White 50 year old nonaffiliated female, had been drinking with two men in the entryway when one of the men began to yell at her and yank down her pants. The victim was not injured during the encounter. UCPD conducted an area check but was unable to locate the suspect.
