On Friday evening, November the 3rd, the victim, a non-affiliated 21 year old Asian Male, was attending a party at the Cloyne Court Co-operative. At some point in the early morning hours of Saturday the victim was in one of the common areas when he was confronted by the suspect, a Black adult male. The suspect was acting in an irrational manner and after several threatening comments the victim gave the suspect his personal property. Subsequent to that encounter the suspect approached the victim again in the kitchen and threatened him while brandishing a knife. The victim was not injured during the incident. On Saturday afternoon, November 3rd, the victim came to the front counter of UCPD, located in Sproul Hall, to report the crime.
The suspect is described by the victim as:
A Black Male, 6’0” in height with a medium build, short hair and a goatee, and was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and jeans with a large letter patch on one of the legs. |
