On Sunday, October 29, 2006 at 1:13 AM the Berkeley Police Department responded to a robbery which had just occurred at Fulton and Dwight. The victims, a male and female, are both UC students. They were approached by a Black male who brandished a handgun and demanded their personal property. The victims complied with the demand. The suspect then fled on foot northbound on Fulton Street. The victims were not hurt during the incident. BPD and UCPD searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
The suspect is described by the victims as:
A Black male, 6’0’ to 6’2” in height, with a thin lanky build, in his 20s, wearing a light blue or grey hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled over the top part of his face and blue jeans. |
