On September 14th, 2006 at about 12:23 AM, UCPD received a report of a man with a gun on the Big “C” trail above Memorial Stadium. A group of male students who were at the Big “C” were approached by a group of males who seemed to be intoxicated. The group of males was belligerent towards the students and shoved one of the students. One member of the group pulled a handgun from his waistband, verbally threatened the students and told the students to leave the scene. A search of the area did not produce the brandishing suspect with gun or additional group members.
