On April 26, 2006 at about 10:50 PM, Berkeley Police responded to the area of Parker and Etna regarding a report of an armed robbery that had just occurred. A group of four female Cal students, 1 White, 2 Asian and 1 Other, were walking eastbound on Parker Street. As they neared the intersection of Parker and Etna two men approached them. One of the men was carrying what appeared to be a double-barreled shotgun. They demanded that the students give them their personal property. The students gave them their property and the two suspects then fled southbound on Etna. The victims were not harmed during the encounter. Police searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspects.
The suspects were described as:
Suspect #1 - A Black Male, late teens to early twenties, grey hooded sweatshirt and baggy pants.
Suspect #2 - A Black Male, with a handkerchief over his face, dark clothing, a black hooded sweatshirt and armed with a shotgun.
