Assault With a Deadly Weapon

Grizzly Peak Boulevard


March 27, 2006

On March 26, 2006 at approximately 4:14 AM, a man and a woman were the victims of an assault with a deadly weapon. The victims were parked at sign post #16 on Grizzly Peak Boulevard located near South Park Road.  The suspect vehicle, containing 4 individuals, pulled up in front of the victim’s car.  Two suspects approached the driver’s side and one suspect approached the passenger side of the victim’s car.  The suspects pointed firearms at the victims and demanded them to exit the car.  The victims responded by driving around the suspect car and speeding away out of the area.  The suspects fired shots at the vehicle as it drove away causing damage to the front driver’s and passenger windows.  The victims were not hurt during the incident. An area check proved negative on locating the suspects.


Suspect Descriptions:

Suspect #1 –  An unknown race male, about 5’06” tall, medium build, wearing a white ski mask, a white hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, armed with a hand gun.

Suspect #2 –  An unknown race male, about 6’00” tall, medium build, wearing a white ski mask, a white hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, armed with a 9mm type replica pellet gun.

Suspect #3 –  An unknown race male, about 5’05” tall, medium build, wearing a white ski mask, a white baseball cap, a white hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Suspect #4 –  Unknown description of driver of suspects’ vehicle.

Suspect Vehicle Description:

Suspect Vehicle –  A white 4 door sedan described as looking like an unmarked “Police” type vehicle, no emergency lights or equipment.
