Robbery and Assault With a Deadly Weapon 2500 Block of Warring StreetDecember 16, 2005

On December 16, 2005 at about 12:28AM, UCPD responded to the 2500 block of Warring Street regarding a robbery and assault with a deadly weapon (via knife). The victim, a UCB student was approached by a male suspect demanding personal property; the victim complied.  During the robbery, the victim suffered a stab wound to his right forearm that required stitches.  The suspect ran off northbound on Warring Street and in to a waiting vehicle. 

The victim described the suspect as:

Suspect #1 – A Hispanic Male, late teens-early twenties, 5’05”, heavy build, crooked teeth and acne, long straggly hair, goatee, wearing a dark hooded sweat shirt, blue jeans, armed with a knife.

Suspect #2 – An unknown race Male, early twenties, short black or brown hair, dark clothing, driving a white Toyota or Mitsubishi pickup truck with a white tarp covering the bed area.

Both UC Police and Berkeley Police conducted an extensive area search for the suspects but were unable to locate them.
