Battery
2500 Block of Durant Avenue
December 5, 2005
On December 4, 2005 at approximately 1:33 a.m., Berkeley PD received a report of a battery that had just occurred near the Top Dog restaurant on the 2500 block of Durant Avenue. The victim suffered minor injuries. The suspect left the area, fleeing westbound on Durant Avenue. Police searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspect.
The suspect is described as:
A White male, blonde hair, medium build, and wearing a grey “hoodie.”
