Assault with a Deadly Weapon
(Suspect Arrested)
Blake’s Restaurant
December 5, 2005
On December 4, 2005 at approximately 12:55 a.m., UCPD received a report of an assault with a deadly weapon (via a bottle) that had just occurred inside Blake’s restaurant on Telegraph Avenue. UCPD detained the alleged suspect, who was subsequently arrested for the crime. The victim suffered injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
