Battery
Telegraph Avenue and Durant Ave. November 7, 2005
On November 6, 2005 at about 2:05 AM, Berkeley Police responded to the area of Telegraph Avenue and Durant Avenue for a battery that just occurred. Six male suspects exited their vehicle and one of the suspects punched the victim. The suspects fled the area in a green Ford SUV, eastbound on Durant Ave. The victim was injured; police searched the area for the suspects, but were unable to locate them.
The victim described the suspects as follows:
Suspect #1 – A Black Male, early 20’s, with no further description.
Suspects #2-6 – With no further description.
