Battery
West CrescentNovember 1, 2005
On October 31, 2005 at about 10:34PM, a male subject was the victim of a battery in the area of the West Crescent. The victim was walking on the pathway and he encountered a group of three males in their late teens or early twenties. One of the males punched the victim in the back of the head and laughed. The suspects fled westbound towards Oxford Street. The victim suffered minor injuries.
Police searched the area for the suspects but were unable to locate them.
The victim described the suspects as follows:
Suspect #1 – A Black Male, 6’00”, late teens or early 20’s, shiny metal capped front teeth, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt.
Suspect #2 – A Black Male, 6’00”, late teens or early 20’s, wearing a bandanna and dark baggy clothing.
Suspect #3 – A Black Male, 6’00”, late teens or early 20’s.
