Battery
(Suspect Arrested)
Residence Hall Unit 2
October 17, 2005
On October 16, 2005 at about 9:01 PM, UCPD received a report of a battery had occurred at Residence Hall Unit 2. The victim was punched once in the nose by a female suspect. The suspect fled the location westbound on foot. Police Officers detained the suspect at 2380 Telegraph Ave. The suspect was positively identified, arrested and booked in to the Berkeley City Jail for battery.
The victim described the suspect as:
Suspect #1 – A Hispanic Female, 38 years, wearing a tan hat, gray sweatshirt, and blue jeans.
