Kidnapping and Armed Robbery
People’s Park October 17, 2005
On October 13, 2005 at about 4:19 PM, a man was the victim of a kidnapping and armed robbery at People’s Park. The suspects drove off in an early 1990’s, white Ford, SUV, with maroon interior. Police searched the area for the suspects but were unable to locate any.
The victim described the suspects as follows:
Suspect # 1 – A Black Male known as “J Bird”, early 20’s, 5’-9”, 150 lbs, dark complexion, black hair, brown eyes, shaved head, transient, wearing a light blue shirt, blue jeans, and carrying a black small caliber handgun.
Suspect # 2 – A Black Male, early 20’s, 6’-2”, medium build, dark complexion, black hair, brown eyes, long braids, wearing a black shirt, black jeans, black Jordan shoes.
Suspect # 3 – A Black Male, early 20’s, 5’-8”, heavy build, medium complexion, black hair, brown eyes, long braids, black shirt, and dark jeans.
Suspect # 4 – A Black Male, early 20’s, 5’-7”, thin build, medium complexion, black hair, brown eyes, shaved head, white shirt, and dark jeans.
