(Suspect Arrested)
Bancroft Way and Telegraph Avenue
October 11, 2005
On October 7th, 2005 at about 10:05 PM, Berkeley Police were dispatched to Bancroft Way and Telegraph Avenue regarding a report of a man with a gun. One of two male subjects driving in an early model red Plymouth brandished a handgun at the victim. The suspects were last seen driving away westbound on Bancroft Way.
The victim described the suspects as follows:
Suspect #1 – A Hispanic Male, 18 years, short hair with a thin build, a goatee and wearing a dark jacket
Suspect #2 – A Hispanic Male, light complexion, wearing a t-shirt and a dark baseball cap worn backwards
