Armed Robbery2400 Block of Dwight WayAugust 1, 2005
On July 31st, 2005 at about 8:35 AM, a victim was confronted by four suspects who demanded personal property. The victim surrendered the property and the suspects fled the location. A short while later, all suspects were stopped and detained by police. The victim’s property was recovered, however the victim did not wish to have the suspects arrested. Based on available evidence and the victim’s desire not to prosecute all suspects were released at the scene.
The victim described the suspects as follows:
Suspect #1 – A Black Male, wearing baggie pants and a white T-shirt.
Suspect #2 – A Black Male, wearing baggie pants and a white T-shirt.
Suspect #3 – A Black Male, wearing baggie pants and a white T-shirt.
Suspect #4 – A Hispanic Male, wearing baggie pants and a white T-shirt
