Strong-Arm Robbery

Brandishing A Weapon

2500 block of Telegraph Ave. July 11, 2005

On July 9th, 2005 at about 3:00 PM, a man was the victim of a strong-arm robbery in the 2500 block of Telegraph Ave. The victim was surrounded by four male suspects, who robbed him of his personal property. The victim then fled to People’s Park, and did not contact the police at that time. 

Later that same day at about 5:15 PM, the victim was contacted by the four suspects in People’s Park, where one of the suspects brandished a knife at the victim. They fled southbound in a gold Cadillac.

Police searched the area for the suspects and the vehicle but were unable to locate them.


The victim described the suspects as follows:

Suspect #1 through 4 –All four suspects were described as Black Males, dark complexion, 5’-9” or shorter, thin build, with braided hair or shoulder dreadlocks, and wearing dark clothing and hooded jackets.
