Strong-Arm RobberyFrank Schlessinger WaySeptember 21, 2004
On September 20th, 2004 at about 3:00 PM, a juvenile was the victim a strong-arm robbery. The victim was walking eastbound on Frank Schlessinger Way when a suspect grabbed the victim from behind and threw him to the ground, taking his backpack in the process. The suspect then ran away in an unknown direction. The victim was able to retrieve his backpack that had been discarded a few feet away, and discovered some property had been stolen. The victim was not physically injured and could not describe the suspect.
