BatteryHenry’s Bar August 4, 2004

On August 4th, 2004 in the early morning hours, a UCB student was the victim of a battery at Henry’s Bar located at the corner of Bowditch St. and Durant Ave. The victim was dancing at Henry's when he accidentally bumped into someone on the dance floor. The person became angry, called some friends over, and attacked the victim. The victim sustained an injury that required several stitches.

The victim described the suspects as follows:

Suspect #1 - Filipino Male, in his 20’s, black hair, brown eyes, 5' 08"–5' 10", wearing light colored pants.

uspects #2 through #6 – Filipino Males, with no further description.
