Assault with a Deadly Weapon2400 Block of Ellsworth StreetJuly 28, 2004

On July 28th, 2004 during the early morning hours, two suspects (one armed with a handgun) confronted two male adults inside of their residence. One of the suspects beat one of the victims causing minor injuries. The suspects were last seen leaving the area in an Aqua, four-door Isuzu Trooper.

BPD and UCPD officers responded and searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspects.

The victims described the suspects as follows:

Suspect #1: An Asian Male, 5’9” tall, 140 to 150 lbs., 18 to 21 years old, wearing a Yankees hat and shirt with tan pants.
