BatteryParking lot at Ellsworth & Channing Streets April 7, 2004
On April 6, 2004 at about 9:40PM, the male victim of a battery contacted UCPD to report the crime. As the victim was entering Parking Structure "C", two suspects followed him inside and knocked him to the ground; they began kicking and striking the victim. UCPD officers responded and conducted a search of the area for possible suspects, which yielded no additional clues.
The victim described the suspects as follows:
Suspect #1 - Hispanic male, in his 20’s, short hair, 5' 06", with “slicked-backed” hair, wearing a dark jacket
Suspect #2 - Hispanic male, in his 20’s, short hair, 5' 08", dark hair, wearing a light T-shirt and dark pants
