Arson
Housing Unit #3 (Priestly Hall)

January 20, 2004

On January 19, 2004 at about 12:27PM, UCPD officer responded to Housing Unit #3, Priestly Hall to investigate a fire alarm activation.    Officers discovered that a small paper poster on a bulletin board in the lobby had been lit on fire, which caused the smoke detector to go off (the sprinklers did not activate).

A search of the area for possible witnesses or suspects was conducted by UCPD, which yielded neither.
